Welcome to the TPS technical support portal. 

Please log on using the credentials we have provided you to be able to access any support cases you have logged with us and also any articles and other Wiki content.

Queries and feedback or other matters requiring followup can be logged as support cases using this portal or you can email our usual support mailboxes at:

cases@tpspay.com

Note that we apply no SLA to emails sent to the email addresses of individual staff members for the reason that those staff members may be on leave or travelling. Emails sent directly to individuals therefore might not receive the prompt attention they require. To avoid this please use the appropriate support email addresses as listed above (you can always CC in individual staff members).
